Contact your local law enforcement to file a report if the damage is significant. You may also notify your insurance agency depending on law enforcement’s instructions.
Include the rough time of the incident, what was damaged, and describe the damage in as much detail as you can. Also, make sure you take photos for your record.
If you believe that the motorist parking in your space left trash on your property, please contact Drivewayz via the contact page or the help section on the app and Drivewayz will handle the problem based on your submission.
If you experienced an inappropriate motorist, please contact us immediately. We will reach out to said motorist to conduct an investigation.
The motorist’s overall ranking will also be reduced.
If you require immediate police or medical attention, please call 911. Once all parties are out of harm’s way and the necessary authorities have been contacted, please reach out to Drivewayz so we may assist you.
If the motorist states that their vehicle is not in the parking spot, you may have the vehicle towed since it is illegally parked on your private property.
If nobody has booked your spot, yet there is a vehicle parked on your property, you may have the vehicle towed since it is illegally parked on your private property.
If a motorist has overstayed their duration, you will collect twice the hourly rate at which the parking spot was reserved at.
As a host, you have the ability to contact the motorist and have them move the car immediately.
If you absolutely need your parking spot, you must wait 30 minutes after the reservation has expired to have a vehicle towed.
If you need the vehicle towed immediately, please contact the Drivewayz support team for further assistance.
Please contact the motorist through our app to kindly ask them to move their vehicle.
If a motorist has stayed longer than 30 minutes, you will begin to collect twice the previously listed hourly rate, or you may have the vehicle towed. Before you tow a vehicle, please contact the Drivewayz customer support team to see if we can provide further assistance.
